Update 10/31/2019, 8:00 am – The City of Pittsburgh HAS NOT changed trick-or-treat day or times. Trick-or-treat hours remain 5:30-7:30 pm.

Thursday, October 31 is Halloween! Pittsburghers have been celebrating the season of pumpkins and candy for weeks but the Official Pittsburgh trick-or-treat happens on Thursday, October 31.

According to the City of Pittsburgh website and Facebook page, the official Pittsburgh Trick-or-Treat hours are 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
