Friday, November 22, 2019, is Light Up Night in Downtown Pittsburgh. That means tree lighting, ice skating, holiday shopping galore.
If you’re not a holiday lights person, then you might be interested in this event that is surrounded by light: In Bed By Ten Dance Party in the Vault @ Spirit.

1. In Bed By Ten Dance Party
The In Bed By Ten Dance Party is a monthly dance party that starts promptly at 6 pm and ends at 9 pm, even with one last song, you will be off the dance floor and on your way home around 9:30 pm.
Each month, the $10 cover fee, as well as a percentage of the total spent at the bar, is donated to local nonprofits. In Bed By Ten has raised over $83,000 for Pittsburgh organizations.

2. The Vault @ Spirit
The Vault is a multidisciplinary art installation designed by artist, Ian Brill. The Vault is an installation that takes up most of the room that features light that reacts to sound.
The Vault debuted in 2016 and this will be the final year for the installation.

The Vault will be at Spirit through November 29, 2019.

The November In Bed By Ten Dance Party is a benefit for Pittsburghers for Public Transit, an organization that advocates for more equity in Pittsburgh’s public transit system.
The November dance party will also feature DJs Steph and Adam from Jellyfish. (Jellyfish is a queer dance party that takes place at P-Town every month)
