Are there minimum age requirements for the event? Alcohol will only be served to attendees 21 years of age and older. A valid ID may be requested by the bar staff. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Free parking is available onsite. Complimentary valet service will be available to make it easy for you and your guests. Your ticket includes this service. The Pump House is located on the Greater Allegheny Passage Trail. Bikers welcomed! Consider carpooling and/or using a driving service like Uber or Lyft. Public transit goes regularly to the Waterfront, specifically Lowe's Theater. Walking from Lowe's Theater to the Pump House is 0.3 miles partially along the Greater Allegheny Passage Trail. What is the Pump House? The Pump House is a historic landmark from the US Steel era now managed by Rivers of Steel. To learn more about the site's history visit their website. What's the refund policy? There are no refunds for this event. You are free to transfer your ticket to another person. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. There will be a guest list at the door. Can I update my registration information? Yes. You can log back into Eventbrite to update your registration. Is my registration ticket transferrable? Yes. Feel free to transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes. Substitutions are fine.
