“Raw creativity from the hands of the chef.”

Showcasing the talents of chef Curtis Gamble, the team at Station will roll out their second iteration of “Chef’s Table” on Thursday, Oct. 10.

The upscale dinner series is a prix fixe experience that includes a five-course meal with wine pairings. There is also a hot herbal tea option as a nonalcoholic pairing.

Guests will start the evening with a “gathering” that includes small plates and a welcome cocktail. As the formal meal begins, Chef Gamble will hand deliver each course and talk through his creative process as it relates to each plate.

Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and mingle with Chef as he walks through influences drawn from Middle Eastern cuisine, Southern Italian cuisine and Moroccan cuisine all wrapped into a vibrant, modern take on fine dining.
